Du Baite slag remover is a potent type of final shaped slag remover, which is after after long term  Practice and exploration and  repeated trials. This product includes two kinds: casting steel using and casting iron using. The main ingredients are SiO2, Al2O3, Rapidly heated to above 1100 °C, Volume instant expands and forms the sticky active material with a porous structure, which can paste the slag and impurity in the molten iron and molten steel together,  playing the role of slag accretion. Because of its low thermal conductivity , which can effectively reduce the surface thermal conductivity and radiation of the hot metal ( molten steel ) ,with heat preservation effect.

Product functions:

1.   Gather and remove slag: non-melt matter in the liquid metal mainly derives from the oxidation of the metal and the erosion of furnace brick lining. Using Du Baite slag remover can efficiently cluster and remove slag, ` remove non-melt matters on the surface of metal solution to ensure Metal solution pure. This slag remover do not burst and splash, can prevent solution oxidation, and can be used as insulation materials and stop slag materials to reduce casting slag inclusion defect, which helps to prevent the casting appear slag, stoma defects, improve casting yield and realize no slag casting.

2.   Covering insulation

Efficient slag remover has low thermal conductivity, the formation of the float layer in the molten metal surface can prevent solution of heat conduction and thermal radiation, which becomes good thermal insulation layer. It is a kind of excellent insulation coating agent for the metal solution which needs intermediate subcontracting or or needs to park long time.

Directions

1.   Du Baite efficient slag remover can be used in ladle, crucible furnace, electric furnace and reverberatory furnace. By artificial or spray gun to scatter it in solution surface as far as possible even to reduce dosage

2.   Stir slightly, slag remover in quick homogeneous expansion in the meantime, in the solution surface flux film rapidly forms, and slag is bonded together, gather into slag shell, which is easy to separate from the metal solution.

 

3.   Use appropriate tools singled out slag body, can get clean metal solution

 

4.   To drip a little Du Baite slag remover in the solution surface may pour, dosage according to the solution of the species, solution dregginess, dissolved furnace capacity and request of casting quality, usually addition amount is 0.1% - 0.3% of the solution.

 

5.   If need to stop slag, add slag remover after drossing and before casting In the ladle or front place, forming strip floating dam, stick in sporadic slag, save artificial blocking slag, reduce labor intensity, improve labor efficiency.

Double layer bagwith Polyethyleneinside and plastic compoundoutside,  25 kg/bag. Store in ventilated and dry place, waterproof, moistureproof, ripstop.
